Shoutout to the Staff

Just a quick shoutout to the staff at Subaru of Kingston. This is the first review I have ever posted but I felt that it is worthy of a review. I was travelling on 401 Highway and developed a flat tire on my new 2020 Crosstrek and made an emergency visit to Subaru of Kingston. During the covid-19 lockdown, they had full health protection protocols in effect so I called the front desk and explained that we were 100 km from our home and in trouble. Mike Mallory had my car in the shop and back on the road in 20 mins. It was impressive! The final bill... $0. Wow...? New tire under warranty and our Crosstrek returned to us in the parking lot with a complete interior sanitization! This dealership is why Subaru has such a great customer service rep. Thanks again, Mike and Conner. I couldn't have expected better service!
